This home needs a bit of love but once it's done it will look amazing. Main floor offers galley kitchen, hardwood floors, nice size front entrance, 2 bedrooms, large living room and 4pc bathroom. Upstairs has beautiful hardwood floors and perfect for a primary bedroom or office. Basement did have some ground water up from the sewer a few years back. Restoration company came in to clean it up a few years back and did the entire basement but was it only in the laundry room. There was a bathroom, recreation room and lots of storage.
